We are pleased to announce our next trade awareness course will take place in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire on Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st May 2025.

By visiting a variety of sites, this course aims to provide an insight into feed manufacture from initial bulk products, through various processing procedures to the end product.

• Immingham Docks – site of some of the largest agribulk handling facilities in the UK to see how grain is initially stored and transported

• Pelagia UK – Fish processing site which provides fishmeal, marine oil and protein concentrates for various food and feed applications.

• Bilsthorpe Mill– owned by Noble Foods this mill supplies processed feeds for poultry, pig and ruminants as well as straight raw materials.

• Fold Hill Foods – pet food manufacturer with both oven baking and extrusion production capabilities

The cost of this 2 day course is £350 for members and £395 for non-members to include overnight accommodation, all meals and coach transportation for the duration of the course.
