We are delighted to report that the 2019 Annual dinner was a huge success and the Executive Committee would like to thank all the host companies who bought tables and supported the event.
The Association’s trade dinner started over 50 years ago and even with this longevity the Doubletree by Hilton Hull is only the fourth venue to host the event. We were therefore, extremely pleased and delighted (and a bit relieved) with the positive feedback from the night and looking forward to 2020 will give careful consideration to all the constructive criticism as well.
Thank you to everyone for your generous support of the Prize Draw and we can confirm we raised £2,880.79 on the night for our charity pot.
From the charity posting system, Humber Rescue will received £1,000, The Life of Riley Appeal £750 and Bundles of Joy £500. We will be including a new page on the website shortly, detailing all the associated charities.
The Executive Committee are extremely grateful to Mark Feight from IAG for hosting the afternoon seminar and we hope all those who attended found it interesting and productive. It is a delight to see more people attending each year.
